Giuseppe Greco Sales Representative

Giuseppe Greco obtained a degree in Architectural Design and Construction from Humber College in 1986. From there, he spent 10+ years working in design and project management at the retail store level, leading him to his expertise nowadays in commercial leasing establishment and free-standing buildings.

From experience in the Coating and Decorative Paint Industry, Giuseppe embarked into the entrepreneur world, creating partnerships with an Italian-based coating manufacturer, in which he developed new and environmentally based speciality coatings. By setting up manufacturing suppliers in both Canada and the USA, he positioned the company as one of the first to distribute. This success brought him 10 years of success in the coatings and paint industry. 

Giuseppe’s vision for the coating and paint industry did not stop there, he moved onto working with other coating manufacturers with Prism Coatings, Dulux and PPG.

Though Giuseppe had major successes in the coating and paint industry, it did not stop him from fulfilling his eager vision for Real Estate. Beginning in 2012, Giuseppe started from scratch to fulfill his passion. After obtaining his license, he took initiative by working independently at open houses and door knocking, which led him to the success he holds today.

Focus and determination led Giuseppe to strive for a bigger brand for himself, which he found in Commercial and Land Development projects. One of many standout deals, Giuseppe worked with determination and diligence to complete a $25,000,000 sale from a Residential New Home project in Barrie. This accomplishment led him to acquaint himself with builders and new development opportunities.

Giuseppe’s existing clientele always calls upon him for new opportunities due to his honesty, trust, and dedication in working with new groups of people finding their forever home.
